Smoking can pose a risk to your body’s overall well-being. This might be the reason why you decided to stop smoking. There are some effects of quitting smoking (positive as well as negative) that you should be conscious of.

One of the negative effects of quitting smoking is associated with a drop in blood sugar level. It is a good idea to drink water and fresh fruit juice on a regular basis to maintain your blood sugar level.

You may also detect dizzyness, faintness, sickness, tenseness and irritability. Most of these symptoms are only temporary and you should see them disappear with time.
